Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Prices for our products, shown in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD), are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, at any time without notice, and we are not liable to you or any third party for doing so.
Section 5 — Products, Orders, and Subscriptions
We make every effort to accurately display our products and their pricing, but we don't guarantee your device will display colours accurately, and product availability may be limited. We reserve the right to limit sales of any product to any person, region, or jurisdiction, and to discontinue any product at any time.
Subscriptions. Buddy Bites subscriptions are ongoing and roll automatically at the frequency you select, with no minimum subscription period or commitment — you can pause, skip, or cancel at any time through your account portal, or by contacting us at cs@buddybites.dog. We will notify you of any change to your subscription price before it takes effect on your next billing cycle. Returns and refunds for subscription orders are subject to our Shipping & Returns policy.
Section 6 — Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors, or that exceed reasonable household quantities. Section 7 — Optional Tools
We may provide access to third-party tools that we don't monitor or control. Such tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, and your use of them is at your own risk. Any new tools or features we introduce are also subject to these Terms.

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or reviews (including through our Klaviyo-hosted product reviews), you agree that we may use, edit, and publish them without restriction or compensation to you. You're responsible for ensuring your comments and reviews are accurate, lawful, and don't infringe on anyone else's rights.

This Agreement has been executed in the English language. In the event of any conflict, discrepancy, ambiguity, or inconsistency between the English version of this Agreement and any translation into another language, the English version shall prevail, control, and govern for all purposes.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes on www.buddybites.hk. It's your responsibility to check this page periodically — continued use of the site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of them.
