Free shipping on all Hong Kong orders over $320 — and every order helps feed a shelter dog too. Here's everything else you need to know about getting your Buddy Bites, and sending something back if you ever need to.

Buddy Bites currently delivers to Hong Kong only. Want us in your city? Email cs@buddybites.dog and we'll let you know if we're heading your way.
Free delivery on all orders over $320, with the timeframes below:

| Discovery Bay, Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Lamma, Peng Chau, Park Island, Lantau | 2–3 business days |
Need it same day? Same-day delivery is available for Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories (excluding restricted areas) for a $60 delivery fee.

Returns & Refunds
If something arrives damaged or defective, email cs@buddybites.dog with a brief description and photos if you have them — we'll arrange a free collection or replacement, no return shipping required. For all other returns, here's how it works:
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. This includes the return transit time back to our warehouse.
If possible, please include the original bill with your returned items.
If your item is damaged or defective, Buddy Bites covers return shipping and arranges collection at no cost to you. For all other returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility — we recommend using your domestic postal service on a standard shipping method, and keeping proof of postage until we've confirmed receipt of your return.
The parcel remains your responsibility until it's been received and logged at our warehouse. Once we've received and processed it, we'll let you know what happens next.
Returns typically take 4–6 days to process once our warehouse has received the items.
Once your returned item has been booked back into stock, your refund is issued.
Buddy Bites reserves the right to send items back to you under the terms of this policy. All items are returned to you in the same condition they were received in.
